Fauna Survey
Fauna survey, documentation and distribution mapping is a service provided in many different locations, including rare and secretive species. This has been carried out for various clients, including the Department of Conservation, local government, and corporate businesses. Some examples of projects are provided below.

- Kokako Survey (2000):
A survey of kokako on the Mamaku Plateau for the Department of Conservation.
- Avifauna Surveys
Avifauna surveys have been undertaken for forest and wetland habitats, including estuarine saltmarsh, and targeted many surveys for kiwi and marsh bird species. Kiwi surveys have been undertaken widely in the North Island.
