Reviews of significance assessment criteria have been undertaken for the Ministry of the Environment, Environment Waikato, Auckland Regional Council, Bay of Plenty Regional Council, and Environment Canterbury.  Guidelines have been prepared for the application of Regional Policy Criteria.

Wildland Consultants has undertaken many surveys to enable landowners and councils to fulfil requirements under section 6(c) of the Resource Management Act 1991. This has included ongoing involvement in formulation of district and regional plans; workshops with landowners, council staff and councillors, development of strategic approaches to dealing with ecological matters; and consultation with landowners.
